• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French.

Your responsibilities include:

• You accurately process orders received by phone, email and through our webshop.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them professionally and in a customer-friendly manner with any questions or complaints.
• You closely monitor orders and deliveries, regularly liaising with our drivers and warehouse team.
• You take a solution-oriented approach and ensure that any issues are handled quickly and correctly.
• You inform customers about our product range and assist them with product-related questions.
• You work closely with your sales and warehouse colleagues to provide our customers with the best possible service every day.
• You report directly to the Sales Manager.
