For our cutting workshop, we're looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager. In this role, you're responsible for organising, monitoring and directing daily production. You safeguard quality, food safety and efficiency on the floor and make sure everything runs according to HACCP and IFS standards.
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience in production or the food sector (a plus)
- You have knowledge of HACCP (IFS is a plus)
- You're strong in organisation and planning
- You're hands-on, resistant to stress and take responsibility
- You speak fluent Dutch
- You're a true team coach and know how to guide and motivate staff
Your tasks
- Directing and organising daily production
- Following up on production planning and work instructions
- Carrying out and following up on quality controls (CCPs and PVAs)
- Safeguarding hygiene, quality and food safety
- Coaching and guiding staff on the floor
- Following up on records and traceability
- Reporting deviations to QA/QM
